How can I contact Grubit?

Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this time will not be accommodated. You can return your order for a full refund once it has been received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date, and shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. However, you may be responsible for duties and taxes once your order reaches your destination. Import taxes, duties, and related fees are determined by your local customs office, and payment of these charges is your responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by the customs department in your country. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant information. We’ll resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven’t received the refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the credit is posted to your account.
